Color Preferences

No maroon or orange, otherwise we are pretty open to colors. We would like to see more "earthy" tones such as gray, orange, green, tan, or blue.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

Our company name is the product of both owners having "ie" in their last names in the same positions - thus the ie² (ie squared). We are typing this with upper case letters, but a great logo may be upper or lower case depending on your creative ideas. We are a brand new company so you will be helping us to shape our future identity. We are also a company committed to building long-term relationships with clients so our logo/brand needs to convey a maturity and presence beyond our "start-up" status; and also look as good on a jobsite billboard as it does on a hard hat or business card.

Client

We awarded a winner in our contest yesterday but realized we did that before we moved the #2 ranked design we were comparing side by side to #1 (that was exactly the same logo just different colors) into the not interested category. The website will not let me change the rankings now but I would really like to give proper credit to the silver and bronze medalists. The winning artist has withdrawn his #2 to try to accomplish this, but this did not change the order of the rankings. I have emailed support and asked them to fix this mistake for us. I just want to apologize to Zrox and K for not having your designs with the proper rankings and I hope LogoTournament fixes this for you. I also want to recognize Charcoal for noticing this error and recommending I try to fix this for the other artists!
