Hi !

Welcome to this contest ! I hope you will take a great pleasure to take part of it. I am a french native speaker and I would apologize for my bad english.

It is not the first real estate related logo contest that we follow on LT and we think to know what we want and what we don't want.

We think that real estate is by definition related to architecture an cannot suffer any approximation.

This branding work will serve to a Swiss based company. Switzerland has an historical knowhow about very clean graphic design through diverse strong influences (by example the Bauhaus period or the english graphic designer Neville Brody. That are used as references in design schools) So we would like to see typography works and customization.

We also would like to see an original work on a figurative or abstract gimmik. By gimmik i mean any graphical element that is not typography related.

I would like to be open to any discution and to provide any needed comment so feel free to ask.
