What We Do
We believe that every business has a soul. The soul of a business guides the essence of its existence and how it impacts the people it serves.
Our separate companies, Berthoud Brewing and Peel Handcrafted Pizza, set out on their own paths to highlight the passions of others and to glorify the best craft products in order to create the best experiences for our guests and found each other along the way to create a joint venture called 5030.
Through its food, beer, reverence for music, appreciation for art (culinary arts, brewing, music) and dedication to providing a joyful family atmosphere, 5030 aspires to bring true art to the lives of our communities. We desire to become a unique destination for our guests.
The target market is 35 - 55 years old is the largest segment in the area. They are Caucasian, high income, mostly college educated with the 35 - 45 set having kids at home and the 45-55 set are older kids, kids out of the home.
Black and white as the core colors, a gold accent (RGB 227, 183, 105) and grey if needed.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
The winning design will invoke emotions of feeling welcome, and emotions of fun, excitement and energy. We want to be a home away from home where guests gather with family and friends for a unique experience. We really like the sample 'Local Jonny's' logo because it's eye catching, conveys emotion and has a slight vintage flair.

We are two companies, a restaurant and a brewery, that are merging together on a new concept. A venue where guests can experience handcrafted beer, delicious food and live music all under one roof. We've included both the current restaurant and brewery logos, which we own. Please note that for the brewery banner logo we prefer to see just the banner without the additional triangle currently shown at the bottom.
