John Parker Bands®Logo Design Contest

really liking the stylized logo & text in #17 & #18 but the color change in the text seems random - one thing to try would be to have "John Parker" and "bands" with slightly different color or texture. Also, I like the cleverness & simplicity of the "JP" in #12 & #14 - but yet there's a real appeal to how clear "JP" is in #16

#36 & #31 are very creative versions of the "JP" or "JPB" Unfortunately though, I don't want it to be that difficult to figure out the letters in the logo are JP & JPB

#29 is cool because the JP & the "John Parker" are one color - then the "B" and the "bands" is another - still needs the ® & the ™ though!

#38 & #39 show how a design can work on white - even though mainly on black, on some letterhead & contracts it has to translate to white as well.

comparing #41 & #42 - on one hand the filter makes it better - BUT on the other hand the filter makes it harder to see. So, while I like certain filter effects, visibility wins out. Maybe a way to get both?

All caps BANDS might work - (might not) #47 shows this - but otherwise #47's elements look very thrown together & not aligned so well

logos like #60, #58, #68 are very clever & creative - thanks! - However, I don't want people to have to try to "figure out" how the logo shows the J, P & B - I want it to be more obvious
