Can you please give me a version that incorporates an arrow somewehere and that takes out the cloud effect you have in the circle. The circle is striking in a good way. I would also like to see some color in the words. Great stuff.

I would really like to see this updated so that you go back to a house with windows and a chimney and use the arrow for the path. It could make the difference and get moved to first rank.

I would pick this as the winner but the color fade and color scaling is expensive to print and will create inconsistencies. How do we progress?

Only ranked 1st design can submit revisions during the judging mode.
I will be glad to make the design flat color version, when I'll be back home Sunday night.

ok. can you use darker blue and standard pms colors? I will need the emblem separate from the text and then the two together as is. looks great.
