I want a rectangle with the number 4, 3 and the letter V as depicted in the drawing. In the top section, I want a sheath of wheat (as seen in attachment) with a bird sitting on top of it. See attached sketch. I want sections with 4 and 3 in them to be dark green with while numbers. I want the other two sections to be white with a black V and a black wheat sheath and bird.
