The aim here is to train financial advisors, that training comes from the methodology. i tried to integrate all of it into a logo, i will try various other scenarios as well, but to get a start for you.
Feedback welcomed.

I really like this, but it's not top 5 yet. Can you put 401k inside the circle? The crosshairs can be lightly colored and inside or overlappoing the 0 in 401k.
You could eliminate process from the Ps and try 2/3 of a circle, open on the right, and have 401k recon come out of it.
I may end up creating another contest for the 4 Ps. They are a stand alone part of my business, so their own logo makes sense.

Trying to keep 401k separate from the notion that it's more about the resource to train, which comes from using "recon" and the aim is to train gaining "intel" and information.

We aim to train may work for the training portion of the business, but not the main logo. Part of the company is just research. Many of my clients will not need any training, they just want access to my database and resources.
