#79- is great, it looks like something we could have up in pediatrics.
#78- Is very unique, I havent seen a design like that yet. I like the idea of the fingerprint and the red representing germs but could you make it more concrete? That might be too abstract for clinicians who will only view the logo for seconds before they wash their hands or not.

Revision to #7. Increased size of the fingerprint and added a germ-like shape at the centre.

I thought it might worth trying to show the reason for washing hands, so I have designed a hand in a stop gesture with orange germ blobs.
