the circle and ring in #61 feels too spacey (like Saturn).

Since both the circle and the ring convey the idea of completeness/wholeness (and 360 degrees) we could remove one of them.

I prefer the "360" in one color (like #34) rather than three separate colors (#61). If we had to cut out a color to accomplish this, that's fine...
