Another idea for you... Could I see an eagle in a similar stylized manner instead of the steer?

I like this configuration better! Could I see what it would look like with the red changed to gold and the navy blue changed to black?

I like the steer and colors you used! Could I see a couple more ways to incorporate both of those elements? I haven't gotten any other "western" designs. The simplicity is also very attractive to me.
