What We Do
We would like to launch a career change information website for nurses called "tënshoku NURSE". The word "tënshoku" means "changing jobs" in Japanese, but when pronounced with an "e" accent, it means "vocation". We named this service with the hope that you will find your "vocation" through this website (we want to emphasize this by adding an umlaut to the "e". It's kawaii, like "eyes" ......).
Our Ideas & Additional Information
See also attached for detailed images.
We would like to develop "tënshoku" into a brand that encompasses a wide range of occupations in the near future (e.g., pharmacists, caregivers, childcare workers, etc.). Therefore, a logo that evokes only nurses is not acceptable.
Excessive work, low wages, and power harassment in the medical, nursing, and childcare fields are currently problems in Japan.
This website provides not only general job descriptions, but also "workplace atmosphere," "supervisor's personality," and "workplace issues" using abundant photos and data, allowing you to conduct your job search at your own pace and with peace of mind, without relying on a recruitment agency. We provide job seekers with a wealth of information to help them find a job without mismatches.
