the swap of the "zaz" word and "odborový svaz" phrase is desirable due to meanings and word order in common language...

nice graphics - sharpen elements looks really dynamics and modern!
Could you add a dark green color to the graphics design, please? All three input colors (dark red + dark green + darker grey /or/ black) should be used in the future logotype.

Hello Eximinus, one more thing to present graphic design - the symbol of the circle as a symbol of unity if fine, but I guess that makes a bit of a cliche impression and acts a bit "softly" in contrast with our idea of active approach and resistance in the future solving of problems of our members (workers). Could you try to use some sharpen geometrical shapes of the element, please?

Hello Acipefri, nice graphic, thanks. Especially the simplified sketch of men is a really good idea. It could express an official focus of our activities and ideas of unity...
But there is one key-fact to consider - words "odborový svaz" cannot be dominating in the logotype because it is "general term" in its meaning and only with the connection with the "ZAZ" shortcut gives the sense as a unique brand name. So, in my opinion, the future way lies in the balanced connection of "odborový svaz" phrase and "ZAZ" acronym, or the "ZAZ" acronym could be dominating in the letter-part of the logotype.
But it's only an idea of mine - you are the creative artist it this case, not me :)
