Our Ideas & Additional Information
Hello everyone, thanks for your interest in my contest. Please do check the attached images and the two links I provided you with.
Most real estate agencies in France have really simple names, like the name of the agent/owner, or the location, say "Tour Eiffel Real Estate".
My agency is called Communauté de biens, literally, "community of goods/property", which is a term used in marriage contracts here, where a husband and wife agree to own all their assets together.
In the case of my real estate agency, I wanted to:
- create a community of like-minded clients, be they buyers or sellers
- create a pool of beautiful appartments to sell from my community
My approach is very friendly, but elegant and trustworthy. As you will see from my website (it's simple and I made it with Squarespace), I am also publishing real estate news (so that my community of buyers and sellers can see that I know real estate and I can build legitimacy with my market segment), as well as portraits/interviews of Parisians that I like and that are part of my market segment (I used this site as editorial model: https://the-talks.com/).
My segment is upper-end, I sell beautiful apartments in the most beautiful city in the world!
Also, but this is by no means an indication, I love interior design, as well as architecture (don't hesitate to google "Paris architecture" or "haussmannien" for a glimpse of the residential properties in this city).
Thank you!
