What We Do
Our cadre is composed of pilots, flight attendants, maintenance personnel and support staff for round-the-clock global travel on large-cabin private jets. It is not a brand, nor is it a service open to the public. We are looking for a logo, almost a secret symbol as an identity piece for and amongst ourselves. A token of Esprit de corps if you will, to be shown on clothing, letterhead, and any other item that moves with us.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
1. Because the element is very simple - "301", anything with a design nod to military, secrecy, aviation, sophistication is a good direction. Symbols or objects included should be Gulfstream jets (G650 or higher), the globe and anything that conveys security or strength.
2. As a guide, conceptualize a special forces unit (hypothetically identified as 301). With that then in mind, think of what patch an individual in this unit might wear. We are neither military or paramilitary - just aircrew that want a cool symbol - and one that doesn't overly advertise what we do.
3. Blackout, silhouettes, digicam are good, but avoid use of too much color as this may be embroidered onto identity pieces like hats or jackets.
4. Some team members have expressed a fondness for the new Gulfstream Aerospace font which is best seen on the Gulfstream Aerospace website. The old Gulfstream font "De Vinne", is not of interest. Using the font isn't necessary - but can be referenced.
5. Our teams travel a lot. Any nod toward motion, movement or dynamism is appreciated - but not necessary when balanced against boldness or simplicity of the design.
6. I know it sounds odd trying to creative with only the numbers 301 as your material - but I'm amazed at what you all have done for us (me) in the past.
