What We Do
This is a French restaurant opening in the new Hotel Château du Grand-Lucé in the Loire Valley, France. I am picturing using the crest for the Château in the logo and possibly having quite fancy and old fashioned font -- like from 1764. The word restaurant may or may not be in the logo.

I have uploaded a logo that I really like -- perhaps something similar to this, but using the crest seen in the attached photo. In the attached photo, the crest is the shield like image over the door that has wings and a crown on top.
