is this the same u as in design #19?

Also, it appears that the top of the u is not aligned with the top of Launching

Can you make the font for Launching Brand less bold as I feel it visually competes with the red U

Also, how would you incorporate: college consulting services

Can you make the u a bit more narrow and a bit smaller?

Can you replace the U in this design with the u in design #13

I really like this u...this is exactly what I was thinking but I don't love Launching Brand as an arc on the top and would prefer college consultancy services on one line

perhaps also the u can be a bit thinner and the crest be two toned?

i like the idea of a crest but it feels like a shield...can you try for a university's crest? also, I like having the college consultancy services as part of the logo lock up
