What We Do
Target Audiences: C-level Executives (CEO, CFO, CHRO, CIO, etc.), Vice Presidents, Directors, and individuals making Leadership Development purchasing decisions such as HR, Chief Learning Officer, Chief People Officer, Director of Learning & Professional Development, etc.

What my brand does: I offer two main services: executive coaching and leadership development to the audiences listed above. I also do speaking engagements, facilitate executive workshops, teach in executive education, train coaches, and conduct empirical research on executive coaching. Ultimately I help people unleash the dynamic power of their potential.

Additional Information: Key concepts involved in my work include: Movement (Journey - Figurative); Inukshuk (Coach/Guide); Change (Client Behavior/Actions); Growth (Client Holistic – Personal and Professional); Relationships (Coaching, Personal, Professional)

Additional ways to frame my services: I coach executives to realize and exceed their coaching engagement goals. I holistically enhance executives by improving their leadership, relationship, and emotional intelligence capabilities.I facilitate the client’s journey of positive change through quality and effective coaching relationships.

What is important to me in my logo and brand is that it doesn't look like a stuffy law firm logo with boring colors. I want it to be a strong, yet fun and creative logo that appeals to an executive audience and inspires hope. The key concepts are those of dynamic movement, journey which requires courage and perseverance, and personal and professional growth to a positive future.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
Concepts include: a winding path; a person jumping across a chasm, a guide who partners on the journey and points the way; a flashlight;

Ideas: I don't want it to be cartoony or Americana or folk artsy, I want it to be a strong logo and look professional, yet distinctive and unique. I love color but don't want the entire color palette as it would be off-putting to an executive audience. I've started considering the concepts of discovery with a flashlight and agility with a person stretching and reaching are also in my mind.

Hi Designers - As we've gone through this design journey, the company's branding has evolved based on what I have received from you as well as feedback from executives who have viewed the logos. Therefore, I'd like to see unique design elements reflecting concepts such as movement, hope, inspiration, agility, learning, and personal growth journeys instead of the DNA idea. The navy blue and gold have emerged as the preferred color choices. Could you please revise your submissions accordingly? Thank you. Jennifer
