The Workout: A Mind Body ExperienceLogo Design Contest

I'm leaning towards less symbolism and more just about the main title "THE WORKOUT" with "A Mind Body Experience" smaller beneath. I would like to have catchy lettering, so that when people see the workout written that way they know it is my studio.
