Instead of a solid dark gray like on the blackboards I used the green you like.

Here are these. They don't have the force but depict a vintage style chalk drawing seen in a lot of small local restaurants, eateries and bistros that so many enjoy reading. As you can see the utensils are growing on the vine.
I will try to come up with more or revise these if you like.

Let's try something not so serene in the middle image. Take another look at the creative brief and feel free to take another shot. I'm looking for a logo that will make a powerful statement. This one is nice, but it feels like one of those stickers you find on vegetables in the grocery store.

Don't worry about it. I'd actually prefer a different graphic in the middle. This comes across as supporting farmers. Our message is to support restaurants. Maybe chef's hat or eating utensils?
