I like this one but it isn't getting any other votes. Would you mind trying having the flowers and leaves not in a semi-circle but scattered throughout the upper background?

This has possibilities. The arch is an iconic symbol for Channel Islands National Park. However, you wouldn't find any flowers or trees on it. Perhaps keep the ocean and arch rock with a semi-circle of the flowers/plants found on the islands around it.
