What We Do
The twenty best-known winemakers and restaurant owners in Lake Balaton established the „Balaton Circle" in order that with their union could upgrade to a higher level of gastronomy based on local products and build a region focused hospitality. (Lake Balaton is the biggest lake in Central Europe)
