We also like #28 except the bar chart - can you try to combine the design concepts? We are on the fence about highlighting the "MFS" acronym. I would encourage you to try maize and blue - the University of Michigan colors.

We love #84 and #85. Can you make the MFS a little smaller and the "Management Feedback System a little bigger? Also, what if you made the design up and down instead of side to side?

We are not focused on ranking order right now. You are at bottom because you are the last one to make changes. Your is one of our favs right now. Please try a more sophisticated looking font for "management feedback system."

We love these changes. How does #89 look with the words at the top and #90 with the words on the top? #89 pus more emphasis on "feedback system" than "management" which is something we are looking for in the logo.

We like #138 & #139 very much. How would it look with the vertical and horizontal line? Please make it a little bigger. Also, is there any way to incorporate a mountain peak into the logo - leaders aspiring to new heights? We saw a very cool mountain peak in your portfolio.

I put #139 at the end because I already have you in the group who will be finalists. On #139, we meant add a vertical line between the design and the words. I meant bigger overall because the overall logo looks a little small. The mountain peak may look too busy - I was thinking maybe just a simple outline

the layout in #139 make it not to busy', and adaptable SPACE to put at header , this can reduce space,
vertical line was i did in #138
put the montain , i think this is macth to emblem style layout

It might be too busy as you said but we love the leader standing on top of the mountain!

A few changes we would like to see on the #1 ranked design - please:
- make MFS letters a little smaller
- make the entire circle gold
- make the mountain light green and more of an outline. We may take out the mountain
- have management and feedback system closer in font size
- can you make the figure between the M and the F stand out a little more? maybe light green

Let's work with #208. Please take out the mountain and make the loop all gold like #150. I would like MFS to be in a little smaller font. What if the arms and legs of the man were gold and his face was blue?

Yes, this is good. Maybe MFS should be even a little smaller. We don't really want to emphasize the acronym. Any other thoughts for now? We are pretty sure you will go into selection phase as #1.

Everyone likes the circle. We need the MFS to be smaller but if that means the circle is smaller then so be it.

#216 the bottom circle' from backside 'MFS' and the top circle more blue color' this like the perspective circle with 'figure' inside, i think this can be litle more clean:-)

Yes, I still think the design is a little big - I don't think we want it to overpower the name of the product.

#216 with the blue at the end of the circle is still my favorite circle design.

#235 - #237 Title case and tagline, hope you like it :-)

We like the case title. We think the logo looks best with the vertical line - #237. Can you make the word "management" slightly larger font? We are not "married" to the tagline. We would rather not include it on the logo. What do we need to do before selecting you as the winner?
