Are we able to still use designs #31 and #32? We really like the full blue background and words at the bottom

Do you like soft colors like #31 and #32 vs strong color like #26?

I tend to like the softer colors vs the strong color

I think I miss understood the question! We like the bolder colors- I thought becuase they were so light that they had been removed! We like the bolder colors but the light blue full circle in the background of #31. So if that background was part of #27, where both wording "Ramella Park Community Garden of eatin" are on the bottom I think it would look nice
