1st Maker SpaceLogo Design Contest

I like the colors. I'm not feeling the stars and there's no use of tools in your designs. I'd like you to explore more concepts on #3. I'm not feeling the rocket and the connection to the number 1 is lost.

I think the 1 gets a little lost in the new versions #21 and #22. I like the font.

Do not like "1st" font. More gear teeth on #38+.
Although we like yours best; feel like we are missing hi-tech and 1st Maker Space brand - the name - not memorable. Missing hi-tech look. Too much like auto mechanics.

We suggested gear to represent the mind working - thinking. The idea is that the "process" to "make," design, engineer, innovate, starts in the mind. Then, we provide the room with 3D printers, Laser Cutters, electronics, microcontrolers, digital design, to turn ideas & imagination into reality.

The circular extensions off the ones are too heavy. Could be lighter - like a circuit or Resister?

yes the lines on 21 it supposed to be circuit lines.

Like shape of gears and 1 font better on #46; but, prefer 1 circle to be blue.

on 51, is just to show you how it will look in one color (like a watermark), thanks' criss. (just ignore the colors in this stage)

Much better! For the review of my colleagues, can you do a version in purples (instead of blues) as I like design because it would be easy to switch colors depending on target audience.

Also, just had an idea... Could a base of a light bulb be added to bottom; whereas, the lightbulb Fades into a gear?

the light bulb, is not looking good proportionally, let me find another way, I think placing the 1 inside a bulb might work, and circuits around it....

:-) can you add some curvature to the lines that make the base of lightbulb?

A slight curve on ends of lines of lightbulb base will make it look more 3d - a round base of bulb....

Still really like #91; however, think we would like the 1 to have the darker coloring like the 1 in #80. Also, like the size of the "st" in #80. How would it look if we outlined the "st" ?

hello, the "st" it's the same size on all, but on #80 looks bolder, because the logo is bigger in the page (the #91 has the light bulb end, that makes it a little smaller)
