We are part of our parent company that focuses on commercial properties, and want to differentiate from it. Pioneer Properties is a new division, focused on our "residential" brand and living. Our goal is to change the current multifamily industry "brand" image from the old garde to the new garde.

We like the clean, contemporary look of this site but it also looks classic and timeless.

Logo should be designed so it can be dropped into text with transparent background, so it is versatile in various media.
