hi Sir, feedback please.... thank you

I will be discussing the logos that have been submitted so far with my team today but initial comments would be that we develop shopping centers... so #23 doesn't work because it looks more residential. And #14 and #13 do have a commercial feel to them but they look like office buildings which we don't do. Otherwise, looks good so far. I will try to post more feedback later today.

I am liking #23 more than before... but can you make it look less residential?... change the pointed roof to something more commercial looking? and perhaps change the like window between the d and b to something also a little more commercial looking. Thanks

I like #25 but can you reverse the blue box to be around the word brookline and make the word developpements in yellow but with a very thin blue outline.

... I also like #53, but can you make the company name a slightly bigger font... or maybe a different font style so it stands out more. Also, same as my previous comment, please reverse the colors in the company name and add a thin blue outline around developpements.

Very nice... of 135, 136 and 137, I like the emblem from 137 but I like 135 because the name stands out more... although, I'd make the word brookine larger and developpements smaller.... Can you combine the two and make those changes?

... sorry, I would like to clarify... when I asked you to outline the word developpements with a thin blue outline, I don't mean to put a blue box around it, I mean we'd like to see each individual letter with a thin blue edge.

Sorry... re: #138, please see my last comment. I realized afterward that the way I wrote my request to outline the word might be misunderstood. I don't want boxes around the letters I want the letters to have a thin blue edge... like a blue shadow.

Basically, add the emblem from #137 to #135 and add a thin blue shadow to the letters in developpements... sorry, I don't know why it was so hard for me to explain that the first time around.

#140 is good but see my last comment... sorry for the miss-communication.

Of #142-145 I like 145 best (the font is the nicest) but it needs to be bolder... also darker (or maybe it just looks lighter because of the font?)
Also, I'm not sure if you saw my comment about combining 135 and 137... to add the emblem from #137 to #135 and add a blue shadow to the letters in developpements.

I like the revisions. I will need to review with my team but it is late here, so I will give you more feedback tomorrow.

Actually, one thing... for #151, can you make the letters in Brookline a little closer together and 1 font size larger?

I actually just got some feedback from my team so I thought I'd share... they do want an emblem, so maybe work on more emblem designs that utilize the d and b letters in unique ways. My team seems to like that... so, like #151 and #53 but with different emblem designs. And also, very important to make the work brookline larger than developpements... we want brookline to be the word people see. I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Good night.

#169 is nice but you can hardly see the word developpements against the white... can you work on that?

Our favorite of yours is #151... work on variations of that design... but keep it similar.

I like #284... the blue makes the emblem stand out well. Its a good revision. Can you make the word developpements just slightly bigger... but not bigger than brookline. We want brookline to stay bigger than developpements but we still want people to be able to read it from far. Maybe so that it reaches the N in brookline but not past it.

... also, can you please remove the slogan "au coeur de la communaute"... we've decided to not include the slogan in the logo.

Can you give us versions of #288, #289 and #290 with lowercase letters in the same font... (not like 169)

I don't like that font for the word brookline (#298 and #299)... the letters look too round. Can you try impact font?... just for the word brookline... the word developpements is fine like that.

Hi, we really like #306 but can you space out the letters in the word developpements a little bit. They are very close together which makes them hard to see from far. Thanks

Hi, we love the emblem in #290 but we would like to see a few different font variations. In particular, we would like to see a version where the word développements is in all capital letters in Arial Narrow font and the word brookline all lowercase in Impact font. Also, can you show us the same variation with a horizontal yellow-gold line along the top and bottom of the company name? (one version with the lines and one version without the lines)

Hi, #351 and #352 are both really great. The word Développements should have an accent on the first E... so it should be DÉVELOPPEMENTS instead of DEVELOPPEMENTS. Can you please revise those?

Hi Creak, thank you for making that change. We would like to see a couple more revisions of #365 and #364.

We would like the yellow-gold to be just slightly darker.

We would like to see just one version of the logo where the D and b in the emblem are in the yellow-gold instead of white... for comparison.

Also, we are still uncertain about the font for the word brookline... can you give us 3 revisions (lowercase)... one where the word brookline is in "Antique olive compact" font, one in "Berlin Sans FB demi" font and one in "Albertus Extra Bold" font.

The Eras Bold ITC in #371 looks good... can I see it with the D and b in the emblem in white... it looks better in white I think.

Also, I'd like to see it with the word brookline in "Antique olive compact" font and in "Albertus Extra Bold" font.
