we like the outline of the state of Virginia in #55 but it is hard to distinguish because of the dark red on top of the dark blue. We were interested in reversing the colors with the background in red and just a traces outline of the state of Virginia in blue without it being filled all the way in.

- or maybe reverse the colors and do fill in the whole silhouette of Virginia in blue
