The font is nice
Could it be possible to change the colours of the logo (the red and the blue ones for example) ?

Here you go-if you think there's anything else I can do, just let me know. I've also darkened a bit the metallic colour to allow the name more presence.

Yes i've seen your other entries. But i still prefer the #38. As it's for a CRM project, it's interesting to have a logo wich show the relathionship.
Perhaps it could be intersting to see it with different colours (for the text and logo).
