Hello Designers! Thanks for the first few submissions! I'm so excited about this process and finding a great logo to use for my blog. Since some of you are using an image of a little one in some form, I should mention that I have twin toddler boys which is a huge part of my identity.

Another thought: I think at this point I might ask everyone to submit logos in black/white/gray tones only right now. It's more confusing to judge a logo when they are all different colors and the colors really don't matter as much as the image. I'll change this in the brief as well.

I'm about to rank this first set of designs, I would say that many of them have a lot more going on them I am looking for, but I love incorporating the tag line which I will edit in the brief. Thanks for doing that #firebird2011.

I also might upload an image from my own making that was close to what I was thinking in case that might help?

I think I need to be much more specific.

I appreciate the creativity everyone has shown so far, but it's really outside of the brief.

I would like a logo with a great block font, lower case letters that incorporates a classic heart shape the same size of the letters.

I do not want a "mommy" built into the logo, or birds, butterflies, flowers, swirly hearts, swirls of any kind.

I would ask that you submit all logos in black/white/gray.

I've added a few images that I like to the brief. I hope this helps. The heart is close to my idea of a simple, classic heart shape.
