Nice logo but you need to read the contest update.
It needs to have the word "FOUNDATION" on it, it needs darker, richer colors and needs to be more serious. Check the examples I posted. A full body option would be beneficial too.

Thought-

Forget about the name. We don't need an elephant, the room, etc. It needs to look elegant and rich, like a bank or a university.

Remember, we help young people who are going through a tough time by providing them, their families and the medical community with research, information and support regarding common mental health issues and substance abuse.

Our long term goal is to become a National Youth Mental Health Foundation so our logo has to have a sense of permanence, stability, trust and longevity.
