I uploaded several versions as you requested. The simplicity of the shapes is esential in how the design looks at smaller sizes. All elements should be visible in this case. The elephant shape shown in negative space gives the brandmark that not so obvious feel which is what the expression suggests (everyone knows the elephant is there but everyone seems to ignore it).
