I like that you were able to incorporate the initials TM into this one, although I'm not sure I like the shape of them. It looks like a building. The "TM" may have a little too much structure or "strength." I do like the color combo and shading gradient of the red. Very nice! This design, overall feels maybe a bit too corporate. Maybe with some alteration to the "TM" and a font change to the other wording and this could be a viable option.
