100 Akres ProductionsLogo Design Contest

The logo represents 100 Akres as a contemporary music production company with its emphasis on music as an art form. This is essentially achieved by constructing a Quaver (music note) out of a number of elements. At it's base is a speaker, from which stems a green growth that is spread throughout the rest of the note. This represents the free flowing nature of music as the green colour appears to be almost sprouting from the speaker.

The text uses a modern typeface that incorporates the speaker as one of the '0' in '100'. Both the text and image are all connected further emphasizing the flow of music and its composition.

I like #4 a lot more than #5. The only problem I have with it is the speaker doesn't look a lot like a speaker. I dig the idea though...
