Nice effects... not sure if this is what we're looking for. I do like the font treatment. The tagline needs to be darker, as its it an important part of the message (see various and numerous comments about this on other designs)
#150, #153: I've always like the inclusion of the "human" side...I think I see a head/shoulders as one of the three elements. In the case of our service offering, it is an analytic, finance/shipping based solution that reduces and manages costs. The human element probably isn't applicable as one of the three parts. The brief explains more about what this logo is for.
#161: Its a good, strong look. Call me crazy (its still early mornign here in the US)...I'm seeing a UFO crashing into the ground. That's my first impression on a quick look.
171 - there are a few things I really like about this one. I like the "badge" effect. It has an ability to stand as the brand for the line. I like the use of the three parts and the look of a highway. I would like to see some, very small, incorporation of the orange color...even just as a very slight accent somewhere just to bring it in. Otherwise, there are many strengths in this submission.
173 - ok, you were probably working on this while I was making the last comment! Nice. Any thought about how the idea of costs, reducing costs, managing costs might come into this. It certainly has a logistics feel, although we don't move packages...we reduce the cost and manage the cost. Its a lot to incorporate into one idea and doesn't have to be the magic bullet to win, but just thought I'd put it out there.
