Täpestory is a non-profit with the mission of weaving together our shared humanity by gathering, sharing, and preserving individuals' stories. Storytelling is a means to help us understand ourselves, each other, and our surroundings. This Project encourages individuals to bring a voice to their knowledge and experiences, and when shared, these stories can increase understanding of each other's perspectives, build connections among each other, and help to preserve cultural values. We facilitate individuals of minority communities to tell their history and accounts, which will be videotaped and shared. The intent of this Project is to connect People through their experiences, whether shared or different than one’s own.
