We are a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm. We sell small to midsize apartment buildings to private investors. The buildings typically range between 10 and 50 units. Some clients buy a property to avoid a taxable gain from the sale of a previous property and other clients buy properties with the specific intent to add value through interior and exterior renovations, raise the rents and then sell the property for a profit. We are the brokers that connect the buyers and sellers and manage the transaction to close.
