REZIDENCE STEHLÍKOVA
We need to design the logo of a residential project in an exclusive location on the outskirts of Prague in the Suchdol district. The project has 16 residential units and is more of a chamber character. The project will be more expensive, so we target more wealthier clients and investors.
The Suchodl district is a very attractive location with excellent access to the center of Prague. It has a quiet and rather rural atmosphere. There is a large agricultural university. The surrounding area offers large green areas (forests), so many opportunities for sports and relaxation.
Stehlíkova = street name
Logo requirements:
- we want a timeless logo that can be used for other projects with minor modifications
- it would be nice to incorporate the contours of the house into the project
- it should look professional, trustworthy, clean
- simple colors, easy to remember, no complicated lines
