Stringfellow Mediation
Mediation, which is an informal process in which a neutral person (the mediator) conducts discussions among disputing parties designed to enable them to reach a mutually acceptable agreement among themselves on all or any part of the issues in dispute. The mediation process identifies important issues, clarifies misunderstandings, explores solutions, and negotiates settlement.
Target audience are attorneys (they typically recommend to their clients which mediator to utilize, though the clients likely look up the mediator to give a blessing of sorts since they pay for the service). Targeting solo attorneys or smaller practices (less than 20 attorneys), often specializing in construction, real estate and business litigation.
