We are a Paralegal firm based in Canada. We are not lawyers. We are similar to a law firm but our scope of practice is limited to small claims court litigation. Small claims court allows our clients to recover monies owed to them. Our clients are primarily Auto/Equipment lenders, financial institutions, Insurance Companies, and Corporations with large receivables. We have been practicing for over 25 years and have handled over 15k matters. We pride ourselves on using our streamlined process to deliver results for our clients. Results are defined as settling a matter, or obtaining and enforcing a judgment. Our goal is to ultimately recover funds for our clients.
