I need a bold and professional corporate identity design for my new real estate team, including a logo / sign design / business card design. The team name is Brandon Nelson Partners, with my own name central to the brand. I’d like to see logo ideas that incorporate my name or “BN”. Keller Williams is the brokerage I work within. Important elements to consider are that we will sell residential, commercial and land, so I want to avoid the standard, abstract “house” in the logo or design – (I don’t want to come across as only doing residential). I’m widely known in my market as a world class athlete in the sport of ocean kayak racing, and I would like to integrate carbon fiber fabric as a graphic element in the sign and card design (and ultimately the website, flyers, postcards, the other marketing elements used in real estate). The carbon fiber should not an overwhelming element, but an obvious inclusion. I’m open to (but not requiring) creative uses of water in the design. I’m drawn to designs within the sports and racing industries that convey power, speed, strength and ability. I’m turned off by frills, calligraphy, softness. The parent company, Keller Williams, requires at least 50% of the sign be red. Sign proportions are 30” X 24” tall, or 30” X 30”.
