We are a destination Marketing Organization that promotes tourism in northwestern Alberta. We appeal to a group of travellers called "Familiarity Seekers" who are interested in connecting to people, experiencing the great outdoors, enjoying spectacular locally made food and relaxing. We want people to take a break and give in to their love of travel and experience the Mighty Peace. We want travellers to experience the Mighty Peace and form a connection. We want to portray an inviting region of opportunity filled with activities that revolve around nature. We have four distinct seasons, endless summer nights and short winter days. We have the means to golf, ATV, hike bird watch, horseback ride, river boat, canoe, fish ,ski, snowshoe, camp, learn about history as well as take in breathtaking river valley views. We are largely underpopulated but have all the amenities one may need. This means you can find comfort when coming to the region but also have a chance to get away from the crowds and enjoy your peace and tranquility. ** Everything is based around the Peace River and all locals and travellers love the river. **
