CHPA is a trade association catering to the needs of corporate housing providers. The association provides networking, information, best practices, educational events, legislative support and resources to help corporate housing providers be more successful. Corporate housing is defined as a furnished apartment, condominium or house made available for rent on a temporary basis, primarily for 30 days or more. Corporate housing is both a physical space and a full range of services offered to a client, typically including furniture, full kitchen, private bath, linens, housewares, electronics and utilities.

The Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) is a professional trade association exclusively dedicated to supporting corporate housing providers around the world. More than 220 companies worldwide currently belong to CHPA. Additionally, there are more than 50 member companies around the globe that offer goods or services to the industry as invaluable partners to the industry’s success.
