The beach has rather big waves, it is surfers' favorite. the place will be a little boho design, but high end and relaxed luxury. $$$$$. lots of faded canvas fabrics, driftwood flooring. think Surf lodge in montauk, think sunset beach on shelter island... looking forward to seeing your great designs!
