We’re opening a family-owned butcher and fish shop in Missoula, Montana — our first venture on our own. The shop will focus on whole-animal butchery using locally raised pork, beef, lamb, chicken, and game birds, as well as sustainably sourced seafood from our long-time connections in the Pacific Northwest fishing community, built through our years working in Seattle. Our target audience is made up of young professionals and families who care deeply about where their food comes from and want to teach their children about ethical, local sourcing. The shop will be located in a vibrant neighborhood near the University of Montana, surrounded by a close-knit, family-friendly community that values good food and thoughtful craftsmanship.
