Life Quest Group, LLC helps young adults build the confidence, social skills, and independence they need to thrive in everyday life. Through engaging, structured “Quests,” participants learn practical tools for communication, friendship, relationships, employment readiness, and independent living — all in a supportive, non-therapeutic environment. Our programs blend evidence-based approaches, including the UCLA PEERS® model, with real-world practice and accountability.
