Global Inclusion and Staffing is a new department within General Mills that combines Global Diversity and Inclusion with the Recruiting department. Essentially we are responsible for attraction, hiring, and retaining great talent that represents the consumers in all of the markets that we do business in.

Global Talent Solutions is a new department at General Mills that combines our Global Diversity & Inclusion team with the Recruiting department. The logo must incorporate the words Attraction, Inclusion, and Retention.
