We are a start up alternative dispute resolution company. We provide mediation, arbitration and special master service for the legal community. Our target audience are (1) lawyers making the decision as to whom they wish to serve as a mediator in a contested court case; (2) lawyers and their clients making the decision as to whom they wish to serve as an arbitrator in a contested court case; (3) judges making the decision as to whom they wish to employ as a special master on technical legal issues to assist in their determination of contested factual issues.

We are a small law firm that specializes in representing entrepreneurs. We have a heavy focus with start-ups and technology-oriented companies. We also represent investors (from angel investors to VCs to private equity firms). We do both transactional and commercial litigation work.
