Satriano will be the name of my start up restaurant. Satriano is a small Calabrian (Italian) village on a mountain over looking the sea where my family has lived for generations. This is my inspiration. We create artisanal hand crafted Neapolitan pizzas with authentic ingredients cooked in a beautiful custom woodfire pizza oven, and serve coffee through out the day! The name is solely “Satriano” is the name, I don't want to be tied down to pizza or coffee as my passions grow over time and who knows where we will go! Branding is essential moving forward for our cups, pizza boxes pizza napkins and tshirts/sweatshirts/hats/stickers. I want the logo to be black copy, or reversed for a simplistic, modern/cool/fun logo that can pop on the store front or merchandise. Merchandise is in the master plan moving forward, so it really needs to work in terms of the direction above!

West Coast Wines is my dream which started simply from blogging about wine - now I'm going to kick off wine tour, west coast wine promotion company, blog, merchandise and future wine of the month club - in it's start up phase.
