I am a retired colon & rectal surgeon. We're almost done building a coastal second home in Mississippi. Most people name their coastal home and put it on a sign near their front door. The phrase "Bottoms up!" is sometimes used as a toast or to say to finish your drink. It also in this case is a reference to my surgical specialty, working on people's "bottoms". Guests will see this as they enter our bayfront home.
