This is a multifaceted event site. It has a performance space for concerts, auto racing, circus etc. It has an agricultural area for fairs, livestock shows, commercial kitchen, outlets for local products, wines and beers. It has a very large 140,000 square foot building that hosts meetings, sports tournaments, gymnastics, wrestling, dance/cheer competitions as well as two smaller meeting halls. It has a festival space for booths foods features Berryfest Brewfest, Rice festival. It can also accommodate weddings corporate parties etc. This all occurs on a re-purposed old county fairgrounds site... hence the name
